Strategic Partnership Specialist (Miami)

IXL Learning, a developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a Strategic Partnership Specialist to join our Professional Learning team and support Miami-Dade County Public Schools. This is a full-time remote position for candidates living in Miami, Florida.

• Provide implementation support to M-DCPS schools and regions.
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions to drive engagement and usage of IXL.
• Travel locally to deliver professional development sessions and provide implementation support (up to 60% local travel with occasional overnight travel).
• Collaborate with school and district partners to create and implement a professional development plan that supports a successful IXL implementation.
• Use data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps.
• Partner with Customer Success and Sales team members to effectively manage and grow customer relationships.

• BA/BS degree.
• 7+ years of educational professional development experience.
• Experience as a school or district administrator, or extensive experience delivering PD to these audiences.
• Experience teaching in a K‑12 setting (preferred experience in M-DCPS).
• Exceptional presentation skills.
• Familiarity with web-based technologies to support instruction.
• Excellent interpersonal skills – dynamic, enthusiastic, upbeat individual who connects well with others and has a positive, collaborative attitude.
• Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently from start to finish.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Self‑starter and quick learner with a passion for improving education through technology.
• Strategic thinker and problem-solver.
