Elite Email Marketing Specialist

The Company is founded by Coach JV, is looking for an elite Email Marketing Specialist who understands how to turn subscribers into customers, customers into lifelong community members, and email campaigns into measurable revenue.

This role is far more than sending newsletters. You will own the entire customer journey through email marketing. From the moment someone downloads a lead magnet, registers for a webinar, books a strategy session, joins the Academy, or invests into one of our advanced programs, you'll be responsible for building the systems, automation, and messaging that guide them every step of the way.

We're looking for someone who combines world-class copywriting, automation expertise, AI-driven marketing, and data analysis to help scale our mission and impact millions of people around the world.

• Long/short form video editor to help us create high quality You Tube and short form educational content in the finance, crypto, mindset, and personal freedom.

We need someone who can take powerful talking head content and turn it into clean, engaging, retention driven videos that keep viewers watching. Style:
Talking head, clean cuts, strong pacing, motion graphics, UI elements, charts, callouts, After Effects animations, and strong visual storytelling.

You must have experience with:

• Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• Long form You Tube and Short Form editing
• Finance, crypto, or education style content
• Retention focused editing
• Clean sound design and music selection
• Motion graphics and simple visual explainers
• Can match the energy of our brand
• Understands You Tube pacing and viewer retention
• Can make finance and crypto content feel clear and powerful
• Can work long term with consistency
• Takes feedback well and meets deadlines
• Brings creative ideas to improve each video
• Our content is focused on education, wealth building, legacy, and personal freedom.
