Education Coordinator
Join our team as an Education Coordinator. You will play a vital role in keeping the department running smoothly by supporting daily operations, coordinating key activities, and maintaining essential records and accreditation documentation.
In this role, you'll serve as a central point of support for the Education team, helping ensure an organized, efficient environment that contributes to a high-quality educational experience. This is a student- and instructor-facing position that requires strong customer service skills, sound judgment, and professional maturity, along with the ability to balance compassion with firmness in a variety of situations.

What we offer:
- $20.00 – $24.00 per hour; with paid training
- Weekends off (a few Saturdays to help support our special events)

- Support Education Director(s) and Managers by coordinating meetings, ordering supplies, generating reports, tracking donations, preparing evaluations, and assisting with event planning
- Provide administrative support to instructors and students, including ordering supplies, enrolling students, scheduling instructors, creating classes, managing staff uniforms, and assisting with student transcripts
- Oversee key functions within the Education department, including budget management, tool and supply procurement, and vendor account maintenance
- Assist in maintaining ACCSC accreditation by preparing instructor licensing documentation and sharing program information with our Home Office
- Ensure compliance with operational standards by adhering to the responsibilities outlined in the supplemental document
- This is an instructor-facing role that requires strong customer service, discernment, and professional maturity
Education | Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3–5 years of professional experience preferred
- Prior educational experience a plus
Skills
- Maintains professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality; able to provide guidance when needed
- Demonstrates sound judgment with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS, SharePoint, One Drive)
- Strong written and verbal communication, with excellent customer service skills
