This hybrid position supports a tuition-free, fully virtual Arizona charter school where worksheets give way to experiential learning and personal development takes priority. Students tackle core academics independently through AI-driven platforms during two concentrated hours each day. The remainder of their schedule is dedicated to cultivating practical competencies via facilitated workshops, mentorship, and discovery.

Your role will not involve delivering prescribed content or monitoring a virtual classroom environment. Instead, you ll facilitate dynamic online sessions designed to push students toward critical thinking, creativity, teamwork, and maturity. Through storytelling, entrepreneurship, wellness programming, and problem-solving exercises, you ll guide them in building autonomy, self-assurance, and executive capabilities.

This position is not intended for educators seeking to replicate conventional schooling online. It requires licensed teachers prepared to relocate to Arizona, operate within a hybrid structure, and equip students with skills that genuinely ready them for adult life. • Facilitating engaging virtual workshops centered on essential life competencies including communication, creativity, critical thinking, and self-management
• Providing one-on-one and small-group mentorship to cultivate student confidence, accountability, and executive functioning skills
• Leveraging platform analytics and behavioral indicators to tailor support strategies and monitor individual development trajectories
• Working alongside peer educators to develop and refine project-based learning initiatives
• Establishing a supportive, energized virtual space where students feel acknowledged, stretched, and inspired to advance

• Instructing core academic content; adaptive AI tutoring systems manage those subjects
• Presenting scripted lectures or operating within a conventional classroom framework
• Evaluating worksheets, distributing homework assignments, or developing standardized lesson plans

• Available to begin at the end of July 2026
• Current U.S. teaching certificate from any state, or an expired certificate that qualifies for reinstatement, with eligibility for Arizona certification

• Willing and able to fulfill hybrid role requirements in Arizona

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
