- Provide ongoing coaching and support to participants to ensure skill development and growth.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in soft skills training.
- Collaborate with team members to design innovative training materials and resources.
- Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or in a similar role.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Certification or relevant qualifications in soft skills training would be an advantage.
Full-Time, Part-Time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary.
