• Native speakers of English
• Can confidently teach learners from A1 to C1/C2 levels
• Enjoy working with adult learners and business professionals
• Reliable, communicative, and well‑organised
• Interested in building a long‑term partnership rather than a short‑term commitment
• Bring energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for teaching

• Deliver individual and group classes (online and/or on‑site)
• Teach primarily adult learners and corporate clients
• Follow established teaching schedules
• Monitor students’ progress and support their development
• Record attendance and lesson topics in our intuitive online system
• Prepare short end‑of‑semester reports
• Contribute to the high teaching standards that define Eklektika

• At least 2 years of teaching experience
• Experience in business English training will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities and reliability
• A positive attitude and professional approach
• The legal right to work in Poland (for on‑site positions)
