Shift

Sunday - Wednesday, 2:00 pm to 12:30 am or until completion of work.

About Learning Development and Delivery

Learning develops, deploys and evaluates learning solutions to support employee development and build organizational capability in alignment to business strategies. This function analyzes learning needs and develops training curricula, technologies, and programs. This function also manages trainings provided by third‑parties and partners with leaders and subject‑matter experts within functions and business units to deliver learning.

Learning Development and Delivery provides instructor‑led trainings and manages training processes to maximize the value employees gain from learning solutions. This job family delivers training materials including presentations, guides and manuals, and course evaluations and coordinates training schedules based on training needs.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience (preferred).
  • 6+ years experience in a training role (preferred).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, AIMS (inventory management system), learning management systems.
  • Collaboration with cross‑functional partners to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships and mentor others.
  • Physical tasks including sitting, standing, walking and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Professional environment promotion through positive communication and team‑building.
  • Preferred prior leadership or training experience to guide and support team members.
  • Preferred foundational skills in material handling, packaging, and warehouse equipment.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary training contact for employees at the business site.
  • Prepare new hire classes, securing classroom space, materials, meals, and communicate first‑day expectations.
  • Utilize current materials and technology to deliver learning programs and activities.
  • Identify and communicate program gaps, feedback, and learning opportunities to peers, site leadership, and home office partners.
  • Run and analyze reports to identify business/training needs and communicate opportunities.
  • Track new employee metrics and coordinate with site leadership to ensure readiness standards are met.
  • Drive support and adoption of new learning platforms and training technology.
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert to assist in development and improvement of training materials.
  • Assist in ongoing training of associates at all levels, including onsite peers, offsite peers, and site leadership.
  • Monitor and evaluate peer trainer performance and provide feedback.
  • Act on coaching and feedback from coordinator and learning team.
  • Complete professional development requirements (Train‑the‑Trainer sessions, certifications, teach‑backs, etc.).
  • Remain up‑to‑date on operational processes, procedures and policies.
  • Work flexible shifts depending on training needs of the site.
  • Travel may be required to support training needs of other sites.
  • Willingness to learn and train other employees on all aspects of the business.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
