This role requires a highly organized professional who can manage digital marketing campaigns, optimize conversion rates, coordinate lead routing, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with employers, collection sites, and business partners across multiple states.

Shift timings: US based

Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Plan, create, and optimize Google Search Ads campaigns for DOT, drug testing, and occupational health services.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and negative keyword implementation to improve campaign performance.
  • Develop and manage state-specific advertising campaigns targeting employers, transportation companies, and regulated industries.
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-lead (CPL), and ROI.
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking, call tracking, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
  • Generate qualified leads through paid advertising, landing pages, funnels, and automated nurturing campaigns.
  • Create compelling ad copy, headlines, calls-to-action, and conversion-focused landing pages.
Go High Level  (GHL) Management
  • Build and maintain Go High Level  sales funnels, websites, forms, surveys, and landing pages.
  • Create and optimize workflows, pipelines, automation sequences, email campaigns, and SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Design lead nurturing systems to improve conversions and customer engagement.
  • Manage CRM records, lead segmentation, tagging, and pipeline progression.
  • Configure automated lead routing based on service requirements, geographic locations, and state-specific workflows.
Lead Management & Operations
  • Track inbound calls, submitted forms, enrollments, qualified leads, and customer conversions.
  • Develop lead qualification processes and follow-up strategies.
  • Maintain accurate databases for employers, collection sites, TPAs, and referral partners.
  • Generate weekly and monthly marketing performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely lead follow-up and customer onboarding.
Collection Site & Network Coordination
  • Contact collection sites across multiple states to verify services, pricing, operating hours, testing capabilities, and availability.
  • Assist in expanding and maintaining the nationwide collection-site network.
  • Support donor-routing processes and ensure proper assignment of collection sites based on client requirements.
  • Build professional relationships with collection-site partners and service providers.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Prepare performance reports covering:
    • Lead volume
    • Cost per lead (CPL)
    • Conversion rates
    • Call tracking metrics
    • Campaign ROI
    • Funnel performance
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and recommend growth strategies.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Virtual Assistance, or Lead Generation.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Go High Level  (GHL).
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads/Search Ads Management.
  • Experience with keyword research and negative keyword optimization.
  • Funnel creation and landing-page optimization experience.
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking, call tracking, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with CRM management and marketing automation.
  • Strong lead generation, lead qualification, and customer acquisition skills.
  • Experience managing multi‑state marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently during US business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Drug Testing, DOT Compliance, Occupational Health, Healthcare, Transportation, Staffing, or TPA (Third‑Party Administrator) industries.
  • Familiarity with FMCSA and DOT compliance programs.
  • Experience with local SEO and reputation management.
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and sales automation.
  • Experience working with distributed teams and remote operations.
