Student Success Coach, Alpha ; Remote

Alpha Anywhere represents the next generation of Alpha's proven educational approach. We combine AI-driven academic content with two 1:1 coaching sessions each week to offer what traditional classrooms cannot: individualized mastery, accelerated growth, and sustained engagement. This isn't tutoring. This isn't teaching. This is performance coaching designed for students ready to learn twice as fast—and who need a guide to unlock that potential.

You’ll partner with students in grades 3 through 8 from around the world to generate tangible academic results through mindset transformation, not direct instruction. Your mission is to set high standards, cultivate confidence, and turn education into a winning experience. Each session you facilitate has weight. Each insight you unlock creates change. • Facilitating two 1:1 virtual coaching sessions per week with each student, centered on goal-setting, motivation, and mindset development
• Hosting open office hours where students can join for on-demand guidance, motivation, or problem-solving
• Leveraging AI-powered tools and analytics dashboards to monitor student performance, surface obstacles, and refine your coaching tactics
• Recording observations, concerns, and strategic adjustments to keep each student progressing rapidly
• Working alongside your coaching team to exchange best practices, elevate challenges, and continuously refine the model

• Delivering lessons, evaluating assessments, or assigning coursework—the technology manages academic content
• Presenting lectures or adhering to a fixed lesson plan
• Managing unmotivated students passively—we coach with intention, not supervision
• Attending redundant meetings or navigating administrative red tape
• Operating in cruise control—this team is designed for those who want to perform meaningfully and at a high standard

Generate measurable improvements in academic achievement and student engagement through high-frequency, high-impact mindset coaching delivered in a fully remote, technology-enabled environment.

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• A minimum of 1 year of experience mentoring, coaching, or inspiring students in grades K–8
• Demonstrated excellence in any domain—whether academic, athletic, entrepreneurial, or artistic
• Strong ability to establish rapport and engage students effectively in virtual settings via Zoom/Google Meet
• Proficient with dashboards and digital tools for monitoring and optimizing performance
• Available to work a minimum of 70% of hours between 7am and 10pm EST, Monday through Friday, to support U.S.
  
  -based schedules

• Experience in performance coaching, sports psychology, or related motivational disciplines
• Familiarity with homeschool communities or non-traditional educational settings

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.

The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
