Licensed teachers:
This is your opportunity to leave traditional school management behind and focus on transforming student lives.
Imagine a teaching role with no lesson planning, no lectures, and no grading—just pure mentorship aimed at shaping confident, capable young people.
Unbound Academy has redesigned what teaching means. This hybrid position supports a tuition‑free Arizona virtual charter school where worksheets are replaced by experiential learning and personal development is the priority. Students handle their core academics independently in two concentrated daily hours using AI‑powered platforms. The remaining time is dedicated to building practical skills through facilitated workshops, coaching, and discovery.
You won't be delivering pre‑scripted content or monitoring a virtual classroom for compliance. Instead, you'll facilitate dynamic online sessions that push students to think critically, create, collaborate, and evolve. Your mentorship will guide them through storytelling, entrepreneurship, wellness, and complex problem‑solving while fostering independence, self‑assurance, and executive functioning.
This position is not designed for educators who want to recreate conventional schooling online. It's built for licensed teachers prepared to relocate to Arizona, operate in a hybrid environment, and support students in ways that genuinely prepare them for the real world. If you're finished with classroom busywork and ready for the most impactful work of your teaching career, continue reading.
