Number of Positions: 8 – Peer Mentors serve students who apply for mentoring from the Seattle campus.
Hours per Week: 3-5 hours/wk (3-5 hrs per student or 24-40 hrs for 8 students).

Method to assess remote work:
Meet with Peer Mentors monthly and engage via email at least every two weeks.
- 3-5 hours per week meeting with mentee, including preparation and gathering resources and support for mentee.
- Monthly Peer mentor meetings.
- Participation in training.
- Community building event planning.
- Office assistant to the Student Services office.
- Minimum of 1 year in degree program at Antioch University Seattle.
- Student in good academic standing.
- Service oriented.
- Previous mentoring experience, desired.
