Louisiana Remote Special Education Teacher (SPED)

Are you a dedicated Special Education Teacher seeking a rewarding remote opportunity? Voco Vision is seeking a qualified SPED Teacher for a remote position in Louisiana, providing essential support to K-12 students through live videoconferencing. As an independent contractor, you’ll receive specialized software, training, and technical assistance to effectively deliver special education services online.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Louisiana state certification in Special Education or eligibility to obtain certification
• Experience in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Exceptional munication skills and ability to collaborate with school teams and families

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual instruction and support tailored to students’ individual needs and IEP goals
• Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and caregivers to ensure student success and well-being
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services provided

• Home computer with high-speed internet and proficiency in virtual teaching platforms
• Successfully passed basic tech screening
