004 K12 Virtual Schools LLC is seeking a Transition Services Liaison who will be responsible for facilitating the transition of students with disabilities from high school to post‑secondary education or training. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with families, agencies, and school staff.
The ideal candidate will possess an Associate degree and State of Ohio Paraprofessional Certification, with a strong orientation towards customer service and excellent organizational abilities. This role is primarily virtual with up to 75% travel required for professional development.
