Position Title:
Assistant Director, Alumni Engagement for Affinity, Identity and Regional Programs
Employment Type:
Full Time (Hybrid/Partial Remote – combination of on‑site and remote work. Specific schedules are determined by the department.)
Salary Range: $64,000-$65,000
Professional Experience and Qualifications- Minimum two years of professional experience in event planning, project management, volunteer management, alumni engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion, student services, and/or related fields. Substantial internship or volunteer experience may be considered.
- Ability to work collegially and effectively with a diverse group of alumni, students, faculty, and staff on a daily basis.
- Experience or aptitude for measuring success and reporting on programs with quantitative and qualitative data.
- Comfort with fundraising and fundraising–adjacent activities.
- Enthusiastic commitment to advancing the University’s mission.
- Staffing the annual Reunion weekend is a requirement of this position.
- Professional and/or volunteer experience in educational, advocacy, non‑profit and/or related organizations.
- Experience and/or familiarity with alumni engagement and/or fundraising in a higher education setting.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience that provides comparable skills.
