Maximus is seeking a Policy Education & Training Specialist to develop training programs for stakeholders involved in policy development. The role requires expertise in instructional design and the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences. The position is remote and contingent upon bid award.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, with 5+ years in the field, and a background in designing effective training materials. Knowledge of Articulate 360 and other learning technologies is preferred.
