This is a regular, full‑time position, reporting to the Professional Learning Solutions Director.
CompensationBase pay is anticipated to be between $65,972 and $85,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
LocationIn this Madison, WI‑based position you will work onsite four days a week at Madison Metropolitan School District sites, and will work remotely one day a week.
TravelYou can expect frequent travel to various school district sites, so be sure you have a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and a clean driving record for the preceding 39 months.

- Deliver fee‑based, engaging, small and large group presentations, both in‑person and virtually, centered on district/school teaching and learning recommendations while modeling instructional best practices.
- Act as an embedded strategic professional learning partner with assigned school district.
- Develop professional learning plans and implement strategies to support clients throughout their journey, from initial interest to renewal.
- Presentation preparation to include account set‑up verification, confirming session learning outcomes and expectations for teachers and administrators, personalization of delivery materials, and confirmation of travel.
- Submit Training Requests, update and maintain customer records with session summaries and recommendations for next steps.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Customer Service and Sales. Respond to internal and external customer communication as part of a matrixed service team.
- Engage in a solutions‑focused Professional Learning Community where the Professional Learning Specialist (PLS) will be both a learner and a leader.
