During your internship, you will have the chance to gain work experience in the HR team of the central office, focusing on Training and Development:

• Support in coordinating trainings and workshops
• Active participation in leadership, professional, and skill development programs
• Assistance in updating and developing digital learning materials
• Support in using the learning management system (LMS) and related administrative processes
• Exploration of AI and other new digital solutions, sharing ideas and experimenting with the team
• Participation in international meetings and collaboration with the Central European Learning & Development team
• Analysis of training outcomes, feedback, and reports, and formulating suggestions to improve the learning experience
• Sharing your own ideas and creative solutions—we are curious about your opinions!

You will need:

• An opportunity to gain practical experience alongside your university studies
• Interest in working in a retail company with a customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable using English daily, both verbally and in writing (minimum B2 level)
• Interest in working in a corporate environment on retail-related tasks and projects
• Desire to prepare for a full-time position after graduation
