Position Summary
The Parent Child+ Program Manager & Family Engagement Coordinator provides leadership and oversight for the Parent Child+ Program while supporting key administrative functions that strengthen family engagement, recruitment, enrollment, and community partnerships. This position ensures that all services are delivered in alignment with Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) regulations, Parent Child+ national standards, and NNCC policies.
The Program Manager is responsible for supervising Early Learning Specialists (home visitors), maintaining program quality and compliance, fostering meaningful family engagement, and building community partnerships that promote school readiness and positive child and family outcomes. This role serves as a critical link between center-based early childhood services and home-based family support programming.

- Oversee the implementation, management, and daily operations of the Parent Child+ Program.
- Supervise, coach, and support Early Learning Specialists (home visitors) to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure fidelity to the Parent Child+ model, including curriculum implementation, home visit protocols, and family engagement practices.
- Monitor program performance, outcomes, and quality indicators.
- Ensure compliance with Parent Child+ national standards and Massachusetts EEC requirements.
- Support coordination and integration between center-based early education services and home-based programming.
- Develop and implement strategies that support school readiness and family engagement goals.
- Assist the Director in managing overall program and center operations.
- Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts for Parent Child+ and childcare programs.
- Maintain enrollment records, waiting lists, attendance records, and required documentation.
- Ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and recordkeeping in accordance with EEC and funding requirements.
- Support budget monitoring, grant reporting, and administrative documentation.
- Assist with staffing support, scheduling, and operational planning.
- Develop and implement strategies that strengthen family engagement and participation.
- Plan and facilitate workshops, family events, parent leadership activities, and educational opportunities.
- Promote early literacy, child development, positive parenting practices, and school readiness.
- Build trusting relationships with families through culturally responsive communication and engagement.
- Support families in accessing community resources, referrals, and support services.
- Foster family leadership opportunities and encourage parent participation in program activities.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with schools, healthcare providers, community organizations, and social service agencies.
- Represent NNCC and the Parent Child+ Program at community meetings, collaborative initiatives, and public events.
