Autism Residential Team Member

What You’ll Do:
- Provide instruction and care using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Build positive relationships and celebrate every success
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized educational programs
- Maintain consistent communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and goals
- Teach and support skill development in areas such as:
Communication and social interaction Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene Vocational and pre-employment skills Adaptive physical education and self-preservation - Receive paid training and coaching
- Promote a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment in both classroom and residential settings

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or enrollment in a 4-year program
- Compassion, patience and dedication to help autistic students who engage in challenging behaviors
- Valid Driver’s License with personal vehicle
- CPR training (can be completed with us during your first 6 months)
- NECC CALM training Physical and Verbal De-escalation training and Medication Administration training (ability to get MAP Certified)
