Salary Range: $67,000-$71,500

Salary is determined based on individual experience, and the range may not include differentials which are based on team assignment. The salary range posted reflects the starting salary for the position and does not represent the maximum potential earnings.

As aSpecial Education Teacher, you will provide instructional leadership and guidance to para educators, manage individualized education programs (IEPs), collaborate with general education staff to facilitate inclusive practices, and engage families as active partners in each student’s success. This collaborative model is rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide leadership and supervision
  • Oversee special education case management and IEP implementation.
  • Train, mentor, and coach para educators to ensure high-quality instruction.
  • Work closely with families to ensure consistent and supportive engagement.

What You’ll Need:
  • Licensed in Severe Disabilities
  • ABA experience
