NOVA Online supports NOVA’s distance learning program. The Instructional Designer works with faculty to design and develop high‑quality online courses, create learning resources, and pilot new technologies for teaching and learning.
Under the Director of Instructional Design and Development, you will mentor faculty, lead course development projects, manage revisions, and help implement best practices in online pedagogy across the college.
