Humana is seeking a Senior Coding Educator to identify opportunities to improve provider documentation and create an education plan tailored to each assigned provider. You will report to the Manager, Coding Education.
Responsibilities include developing and executing the risk adjustment strategy, analyzing data, and delivering educational sessions with providers to improve quality of care, documentation, and coding. Remote work with travel up to 35% to provider offices is required.
