Self‑Contained Special Education Teacher (Discovery Plus Program)

Responsible for helping school clients staff for Special Education Teachers, School Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and other educational professionals.

• Achieving significant improvement in the academic performance of students with exceptionalities.
• Providing instruction in small and large classes.

Review and assess AI‑generated work products (documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks) for accuracy, rigor, and compliance with educational standards.

• Holds Tennessee teaching license with appropriate endorsements.
• Must meet all health, physical, and background check requirements.
• Must hold a valid Tennessee teacher certification and be in good standing with the Tennessee Board of Education.

Purpose of Position:
To ensure Audubon’s special education department complies with all state and federal guidelines.

• Plan, create, and execute onboarding training for a company‑wide audience that meets learners’ needs.
• Develop interactive and engaging new‑hire learning experiences.
