FMG's Product Operations team sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and the business — and we're growing. We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives in the complexity of software delivery: someone who can hold a complex program together, keep cross-functional teams aligned, and make sure the right things ship at the right time.

This isn't a coordinator role. You'll own delivery across multiple product initiatives simultaneously, working alongside Product Managers, Engineering leads, and stakeholders across the organization. You'll be the connective tissue that keeps commitments visible, blockers surfaced, and delivery on track.

You’ll be embedded in a Prod Ops team that operates as a force multiplier across the product org — which means your work will touch every product line we build. If you're energized by structure, driven by outcomes, and genuinely curious about how AI can make delivery smarter and faster, we'd love to hear from you.

This position offers between $90,000-$100,000 based on experience and skill set.
