Childrens Art Teacher

Job Overview

Get paid to have fun hanging out with kids, 18 months to 12 years of age, as you teach them how to create art!

We have permanent and seasonal positions available. This role is part of a fast-growing, locally owned company with studios across the country.

• Interact with students during art classes and camps.
• Teach kids how to create art using slime, clay, paint, and glitter.
• Lead age-specific weekly classes, camps, workshops, and homeschool sessions.
• Prepare and set up lessons, and clean up after each class.
• Maintain a positive, self-esteem-building environment for children.

Must be available three or more days a week during the school year, in afternoon hours; additional hours available on non-school days and summers, and mornings, evenings, weekends for enthusiasts.

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation (car) is required.
• Enthusiastic, reliable, creative, and love working with kids.

• Competitive salary: $45 for each 1-hour class taught (includes prep, setup, class time, and clean-up).
• 10–35 hours a week (full-time opportunities available).
