DescriptionThe Department of Industrial and Management Systems Engineering (IMSE) at West Virginia University (WVU) invites applications for remote part‑time adjunct instructor positions to support its ongoing expansion and the strategic initiative of enriching its online graduate education and research.
Responsibilities- Teach and develop online asynchronous courses.
- Earned doctorate in Industrial/Safety Engineering or a closely related discipline at the time of appointment.
- Ability to teach and develop online asynchronous courses.
- BS and MS degrees in Industrial/Safety Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited university with significant (10+ years) experience are considered.
- Active research experience in the area of expertise, academic publications, and an interest in advising/mentoring doctoral students are highly desirable.
