Shockingly Different Leadership is looking for a Contract Learning and Development Facilitator to deliver training and coaching to clients. This role requires strong facilitation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of experience in training delivery. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital for success in this position.
