Location: New York
Dekra Services Inc is seeking a 1099 Contractor Instructional Designer (AI Enhanced Learning) for US remote work. You will partner with DEKRA SMEs and project leaders to design high‑impact learning solutions that strengthen safety culture and operational excellence, using AI‑enhanced development tools.
The role requires 5+ years in instructional design, proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, and video/avatar content creation, and experience across LMS platforms with SCORM/xAPI.
