Position Summary:
The 4K Wrap Lead Teacher is responsible for the daily operations of their assigned 4K wrap program. Additionally, the lead teacher assists the site supervisor during either before school or after school hours. Responsibilities include lesson planning and implementation for children as well as fostering positive relationships with children, families and school personnel.
Hours & Pay:- This is a school year position with the option to join our summer team
- Up to $20 per hour, pay is based on education and experience
- 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m.
-1 p.m. or 11 a.m.
-6 p.m. - Position includes paid planning time built into 40 hour/week schedule.

The Ideal Candidate :- Must be 18 years of age
- Has completed college-level (or equivalent) courses in Education (early childhood, elementary or related)
- Should feel confident managing a large group of children
- Is organized and has leadership abilities
- Has experience with DCF state licensing
- Values relationships and has strong written and verbal communication skills
We are currently hiring for the Kettle Moraine School District. Program staff take place in the school buildings. Administrative work, such as lesson planning, is paid and occurs outside of program hours. Staff can work from home or Wisconsin Youth Company’s co-working office in Hartland.
