About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist with small amounts of teaching. In this role, you will be responsible for customer success, supporting teachers and occasionally delivering online coding lessons to students ages 6-14. You will work closely with our remote team to enhance our program, assist with scheduling, and ensure the success of our students.
The position is located in Fargo, North Dakota and includes a dedicated office space at Emerging Prairie for flexible hybrid work days.
- Provide exceptional and timely customer support via email and chat
- Collaborate with the team to enhance the learning experience
- Deliver engaging and interactive virtual coding lessons to students using the Coco Coders curriculum
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to support their learning journey
- Provide support for teacher scheduling
- Must reside in North Dakota
- Available Tuesday and Wednesday from 3:30pm CT – 8:30pm CT
- Available at least 10 hours a week, with full‑time hours available
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and support
- Passionate about coding education and helping students succeed
- A self‑starter who can work effectively independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently
- Prior online teaching or customer support experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with coding languages such as Scratch, Python, and/or JavaScript (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in education, computer science, business or a related field (preferred)
- $26–$30 an hour
