The Professional Learning Specialist is an experienced and successful professional educator who provides content specific support, training, and guidance in the implementation of Imagine Learning's core, blended and online learning programs, supports improvements in teaching and learning by collaborating with district leaders, school administration and teachers to plan, implement and sustain the successful adoption of our solutions throughout the customer lifecycle.

Position Information:
This is a regular, full-time position, reporting to the Professional Learning Solutions Director.

Compensation:
Base pay is anticipated to be between $65,972 and $85,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.

Location:

In this US-based position your location will be remote. This role supports the Kern High School District and requires the employee to reside in Bakersfield or the Central California region. The position includes working onsite in the district four days per week.

Travel:
This role requires daily travel within the Central California region to support the Kern High School District, working onsite 4 days per week, with occasional overnight travel of up to 20%.
