Site Supervisor; After School Lead Teacher

Position Summary

The site supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of their assigned after school program. Responsibilities include lesson planning for children in grades 4K‑5, managing a staff team, purchasing program materials, managing a monthly budget, and ensuring program quality standards are met.

This is a school year position with the option to join our summer team. Up to $20 per hour, pay is based on education and experience. 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Exact program hours vary by location.

• Must be 18 years of age
• Has completed college‑level (or equivalent) courses in Education (early childhood, elementary, or related)
• Should feel confident managing a large group of children
• Is organized and has leadership abilities
• Has experience with DCF state licensing
• Values relationships and has strong written and verbal communication skills

We are currently hiring for various locations in the Madison, Waunakee, and Middleton school districts. After school programs take place in the school buildings. Administrative work outside of program hours can take place from home or Wisconsin Youth Company’s co‑working office in Madison.
