RSr. Student Associate for Development, Graduate Student

To assist the development and alumni relations team in orchestrating a large scale alumni solicitation campaign in celebration of the 250th anniversary of the country's birth.

The student worker will be working with the development and alumni relations team to connect with alumni via email/phone, create and help organize alumni mailings, assist in the creation of student testimonial videos, and any other duties needed to complete a large scale solicitation campaign.

Contact alumni to collect updated contact information

Create content associated with email/mail/video solicitations and stewardship

Provide administrative support for the solicitation project

Required Qualifications

The right candidate will have strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability communicate clearly and effectively with LBJ School alumni. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications

A preference for candidates skilled in Canva and who have prior experience working in fundraising or alumni relations.

Salary Range

$18 per hour for a graduate student (see separate job posting for undergraduate students)

Working Conditions

Students will have options to work both on-site and remotely based on project needs. Normal office conditions.

Work Shift

Work shift is flexible and should be arranged with supervisor.
