Instead, you'll facilitate dynamic online sessions that invite students to think critically, collaborate, create, and develop. Through storytelling, entrepreneurship, wellness, and problem‑solving, you'll mentor them while fostering independence, self‑assurance, and executive function.

• Facilitating interactive virtual workshops centered on life skills including communication, creativity, problem‑solving, and self‑direction
• Providing one‑on‑one and small‑group mentorship to cultivate confidence, ownership, and executive functioning in students
• Leveraging platform data and student indicators to personalize support and monitor progress longitudinally
• Partnering with fellow educators to design and iteratively refine project‑based learning experiences

The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
