Trainer - Call Center; Temporary, Remote

Job Overview

The Trainer I position is a seasonal, remote (work at home) role, lasting approximately 6 to 8 weeks from September through December. The position requires an 8‑hour shift between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. CST, including overtime on Mondays during production and a second day in December.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be able to pick up and return equipment at the Maximus Lawrence, KS location and complete federal clearance and fingerprinting on site.
• Must have a private work area with an adequate power source.
• Must be able to upload at least 5 Mbps and connect via Category 5 or 6 Ethernet cable to a home router.
• Internet speed of 25 Mbps or higher is required; 50 Mbps for shared internet connectivity. Test using

• Provide feedback on the design, development, and distribution of training programs and materials.
• Conduct, plan, and coordinate training for a variety of audiences.
• Coordinate logistics for instruction events, including scheduling classes, reserving classrooms, and preparing workstations.
• Determine resource readiness for courses, including materials, training room, technology, and collection and entry of training data.
• Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
• Provide production floor support and answer questions.
• Take escalation calls from CSR I and CSR II to provide OPM customer resolution.

• High School diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of leadership and/or training experience required.
• Additional training or education in area of specialization is a plus.

Minimum Salary: $17.75 per hour

Maximum Salary: $26.42 per hour
