Compensation:

We offer a competitive compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications. The salary range for this position is $65,000.00 – $75,000.00. The final salary will be determined based on factors such as skills, knowledge, and demonstrated expertise.

This isn’t a hands‑off, purely conceptual role; it’s a do‑the‑work, high‑output position where you will personally produce a significant volume of high‑quality digital creative. You will maintain elite standards in visual hierarchy, typography, design fundamentals, and digital ad development, ensuring flawless brand consistency while thriving in the fast‑paced, practical demands of a high‑volume agency environment.
