Pay Range: $21.14 - $26.29 hourly – depending on experience. Job Type: Classified.
LocationMust reside in Southern California within 150 miles driving distance of an OFY/OFL school site.
Responsibilities- Provide tutoring and instruction to students within a small classroom environment and/or 1‑on‑1.
- Post and market availability of tutoring, along with the schedule.
- Maintain a consistent schedule as arranged with their supervisor.
- Provide support to the teachers as needed.
- Create a tracking system that displays students' appointment times, progress, and areas for improvement.
- Have clear communication with teachers to support students who need additional support in the designated subject area.
- Proficient in the designated subject.
- Previous tutoring experience preferred.
- Proficient in computer knowledge and previous experience with Microsoft software.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
