Revolution Prep is seeking a Full-time Online Professional Tutor to teach students from home as a W‑2 employee, with paid onboarding, training, prep time, and a supportive tutor community. The role requires committing to 30 hours of tutoring weekly and up to 38 hours availability, including evenings and weekends.
Compensation starts at $25/hour for tutoring, rising to up to $29/hour after a 90‑day review; prep time is paid at $10/hour or local minimum wage, whichever is higher.
