The Adjunct Instructor of Fine Arts is responsible for the development and instruction of course materials in the fields of Music, Art, and/or Theatre.

• 60% – Development of course materials in the fields of Music, Art, and/or Theatre, which includes timely submission of course syllabi and supporting materials to Division.
• Instruction of course materials in the fields of Music, Art, and/or Theatre, which includes timely communication of all grades to students and the Division and timely submission of Student Learning Outcomes to the Division.
• 35% – Office hours.
• 5% – Other duties as assigned.

• Master’s in a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
• OR Master’s degree in an unrelated field plus 18 credit hours in a related Fine Arts field from a regionally accredited institution.

• Ph.D. in a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
• 2 years teaching experience both in-person and online.

• Ability to teach effectively and incorporate a variety of teaching strategies to maximize learning.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written).
• Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships with students, faculty, and staff.
