Tina Lacey Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a motivated Management Trainer Coach for a full‑time, permanent role based in South Wales. You will manage a caseload of learners and deliver the full learner journey from enrolment to assessment, including coaching and mentoring across management pathways.
We are seeking someone with at least five years in management, Level 5 management (or equivalent) and an assessor qualification, plus CPD evidence.
