Since 2003, Ashoka Arab World has been the leading platform for Social Entrepreneurship in the region. This initiative is focused on identifying and electing social entrepreneurs who are solving the most difficult social problems. Ashoka pioneered the first terminology for social entrepreneurship in Arabic and continues to host international summits that shape the sector.
