Pride Health is hiring a Senior Learning & Development Specialist for one of its healthcare clients.
It’s a 26-week contract with the possibility of extension, competitive pay, and Benefits
Location: Mainly Remote (Local candidates only; occasional onsite 1–2 times during contract) Fort Worth, TX 76104
Pay Rate: $40-$45 per hour on W2
Job Type: 26-Week Contract (Potential Extension or Full-Time Conversion)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job SummaryThe Senior Learning & Development Specialist will design and develop high-impact leadership learning experiences that support new, emerging, and experienced leaders. This role partners with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to build scalable learning solutions that align with organizational goals and improve learner engagement and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop instructor-led (ILT/VILT), eLearning, and blended learning programs.
- Create facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, quick reference guides, and other learning materials.
- Develop interactive learning content using Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Vyond
. - Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM along with adult learning principles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and validate learning content.
- Present storyboards, prototypes, and learning concepts for stakeholder review and approval.
- Manage multiple instructional design projects while meeting quality standards and deadlines.
- Develop assessments and evaluation strategies to measure learner engagement and program effectiveness.
- Analyze learner feedback and performance metrics to improve training programs.
- Perform quality assurance testing of eLearning courses across devices and platforms.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to learning team best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning & Development, Education, or a related field
. - 5+ years of instructional design experience with both facilitator-led and eLearning development.
- Expert-level proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise
. - Experience with Vyond or similar animation/video creation tools.
- Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI publishing standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Planner, and One Note.
- Strong instructional design, communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Experience designing meaningful assessments and applying adult learning methodologies.
- Professional certification in Instructional Design such as ATD, CPLP, or eLearning Guild certification.
- 26-week contract with potential for extension or full-time conversion.
- Mainly remote position; occasional onsite attendance (1–2 visits during the contract) may be required.
