ReUp Education is seeking an Engagement Coordinator to connect with students at partner universities and guide them toward re-enrollment. You will be the first contact, delivering a warm, supportive introduction to our services and coordinating with Success Coaches and university resources.
You will build rapport, assess student goals, communicate options, and manage outreach via phone, email, and text while working with a distributed remote team.
