Maximus is seeking a Virtual Trainer 1 (Remote) to deliver FEMA/CSR training to staff and to assess learning outcomes. The role involves coordinating classes, managing training data, and providing support across multiple shift times from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM EST, including weekends.
This temporary position supports disaster survivors and may require availability for varied hours. The trainer will conduct new hire and ongoing education, administer exams and surveys, and track program effectiveness
