What You Will Do:
- Facilitate weekly main discussion forums to engage students in the online classroom
- Adhere to weekly grading requirements, deadlines, and time frames
- Respond to students' questions and emails within the established time frames
- Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University's Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission of Grand Canyon University
What You Will Bring:
- There will be a weekly synchronous video requirement for this course.
- Must have availability on either Mondays or Thursdays between 4:00
-5:30 PM (MST-PHX-AZ time) to conduct weekly group supervision with students via zoom - MUST have counselor supervision experience AND training listed on Resumes/CVs (Documentation of courses, webinars, or conference workshops/sessions related to group supervision)
- Doctorate degree in Counseling or School Counseling or related fields including:
- Clinical or Counseling Psychology
- Marriage and Family Therapy
- Behavioral Health
- Mental Health
- Maintain a current School Counseling Certification or Licensure and two years of post-licensure school counseling experience
