Vermont Academy seeks a strategic, relationship-driven Leadership Gifts Officer to advance The Where Vision Meets Purpose Campaign and the school’s 150th anniversary initiatives in Vermont. You will collaborate with the Head of School, Advancement team, trustees, alumni, and families to secure $10,000–$50,000 gifts and pursue select six-figure opportunities.
Travel extensively, engage with major donors, and work evenings/weekends as needed.
