Corporate Trainer

In this role, you will design and deliver effective training programs, create engaging learning materials, and support employee development across the organization. The ideal candidate is a confident presenter, skilled communicator, and passionate educator who can motivate others while fostering a positive learning environment.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt training methods to meet diverse learning needs are essential for success in this role.

Essential Functions
  • Assist managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
  • Facilitate instructor‑led, virtual, and blended learning programs
  • Develop training materials including PowerPoint presentations, job aids, videos, SharePoint content, and facilitator guides
  • Support, coach, and mentor new employees throughout onboarding and training
  • Monitor trainee progress and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics
  • Identify knowledge gaps and recommend continuous improvement opportunities
  • Maintain accurate attendance, completion, and training records
  • Attend client meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
Position Requirements Required Experience
  • Proven experience as corporate trainer
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training best practices
  • Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Power Point
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging training content for diverse audiences
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time‑management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior call center experience preferred
Required Education
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Business, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Finance, or a related field
  • Training or Learning & Development certifications (e.g., CPLP/CPTD) preferred

WFH Requirements
  • This role might support occasional or permanent remote work in some circumstances
  • Must be available and able to work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours, regardless of geographic location
  • Reliable high‑speed internet (hard‑wired Ethernet connection required) with minimum 25 MBPS for upload and download speeds
  • Private, quiet, and distraction‑free room/office space
  • Adhere to Telecommute Policy in its entirety
