Pay Range $62,400 - $63,650

Job DescriptionThe assistant coach’s primary responsibilities include daily coaching duties as assigned by the Head Coach of Men’s Rowing and coordinating all aspects of administering a Division 1 rowing program. These duties include, but are not limited to: coordination of team travel, maintenance/repair of rowing and training equipment, assisting Recruiting Coordinator, NCAA paperwork.
Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree and 3 years coaching or equivalent experience.
Skills and KnowledgeMust have a valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities- Direct the maintenance of all campus and boathouse facilities and equipment under the direction of the Head Coach.
- Daily coaching responsibilities as assigned by the Head Coach.
- Assist the Head Coach with all aspects of administering a Division 1 Rowing program.
- Assist the Recruiting Coordinator with the communications with and assessment of prospective student athletes.
- Other duties as assigned.
