The YMCA of the East Bay is seeking a Disability & Inclusion Specialist for Richmond/Rodeo. This on-site, full-time role provides classroom and home-based support for children with special needs, coaches staff, and ensures full inclusion through collaborative planning with families and service providers.
A master’s degree in special education or related field (Bachelor’s with experience considered) and 2+ years’ experience are preferred.
