From any Wi-Fi-enabled location worldwide, you'll convert streams of AI-generated performance data into precise, timely interventions that guide every learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When a student encounters an obstacle, you'll join a live coaching session, clear the roadblock in the moment, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you'll analyze rich currents of student performance information, identifying hidden patterns that unlock children's full capabilities and designing next-generation AI systems that could double learning velocity.

• Creating highly accurate Academic Data Reports and performing systematic evaluation to identify issues, detect anomalies, and initiate corrections within 48 hours
• Leading rapid-response "rescue" sessions and facilitating post-assessment coaching conversations to eliminate blockers, distinguish knowledge gaps from mistakes, and sustain student motivation
• Assessing and integrating new educational applications and content while prototyping AI/LLM solutions to advance learning strategies and address specific challenges
• Collaborating with leadership to enhance tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances

• Attending endless meetings or delivering generic presentations with no visibility into actual results
• Grading papers, creating lesson plans, or administering traditional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach
• Working in high-level strategy without execution or being confined to routine tasks—this role is hands-on and dynamic

Advance student learning outcomes through AI-powered analysis and real-time academic intelligence, evidenced by improved metrics such as 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and diminished negative learning patterns across the Alpha Anywhere network.

• Proven ability working in data science or related role, education, EdTech, or a student-support position with both analytical and interpersonal dimensions
• Proficiency in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
• High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills and a kid-friendly coaching style
• Experience building workflows and automations with AI
• At least 1 year experience working closely with K-8 students
• Available to work during required core hours of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.

• Background in learning science, educational principles, or demonstrated success improving outcomes through data-driven strategies
• Experience with Generative AI, prompting techniques, and basic coding skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for querying AI APIs

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
